Vanessa Mathews

Vanessa Mathews is the managing director of Mathews Family Law.

She's fully accredited as:
  • A family law specialist
  • A mediator
  • A family dispute resolution practitioner.

Vanessa has a unique combination of tertiary degrees in:

  • Law
  • Social work
  • Commerce.

She brings to your matter over twelve years of experience in family law, which provides her with a unique mix of legal, commercial, and interpersonal skills seldom found in a family law professional.

Vanessa has extensive experience working with clients on complex issues that arise from relationship breakdown.

She's known for her empathetic approach and is proud of the partnerships she develops with clients.

Vanessa is an active member of the family law profession and a member of the following organisations:

Kuppy Nambiar

  Kuppy Nambiar is a fully accredited family law specialist who is a senior consultant to Mathews Family Law.

She studied law at the University of Adelaide. After graduation, Kuppy worked in Adelaide for ten years, primarily in family law but also in other areas of law, including commercial, personal injury, criminal, conveyancing, estate litigation, Wills and probate.

Her diverse legal background gives her a broad understanding of the issues people face during the separation process.

Kuppy has been based in Melbourne since 2000, working exclusively in family law. She has experience in all matters that relate to relationship breakdown, including property settlement, arrangements for children, child support, divorce and injunctions.

Like Vanessa, her focus is on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients in the most cost effective and least stressful way.

Kuppy is an active member of the family law profession and has a strong commitment to community education.

She is a member of the following organisations:

Jeremy Hogg

 

Jeremy is a recent graduate of Monash University, having attained degrees in Law and Arts. He also holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

Jeremy has been with Mathews Family Law since August 2009.

Jeremy is a member of the following organisations:

  • Law institute of Victoria. Young Lawyers Section
