The Child Support Legal Service (Victoria Legal Aid) is offering free legal advice sessions to parents with child support issues including:

• Applying for, paying or varying maintenance for a child aged 18 years and over who is in continuing education or has a disability (adult child maintenance)
• Applying for, paying or vayring child support for a child aged 18 years and under
• Parentage testing for the purpose of determining a parent's entitlement to receive or pay child support
