A trained parenting coordinator works directly with both parents to:

  • Implement their parenting plan
  • Adhere to their parenting court orders
  • Resolve disputes without returning to court
  • Protect children by minimising conflict between parents
  • Vanessa Mathews is a trained parenting coordinator.
  • The role of a parenting coordinator is to provide direct support and assistance to parents with the implementation of their parenting plan or court orders.
  • As a result of conflict and trauma arising from separation and / or Family Law litigation, parents may experience ongoing difficulty with the day to day implementation of and adherence to their parenting plan or court orders and and the risk of returning to court real. The parenting coordinator provides real time direct support via monthly meetings and ‘as needed’ support. Assistance with effective communication may be provided by an email monitoring service.
  • The ultimate goal of the parenting coordinator is to protect children from parental conflict.

  • Unbundled Legal and Mediation Service
    • Our family law services are otherwise charged at the hourly rate.
    • Your initial conference with us is important. It warrants the attention of an accredited family law specialist who will apply their knowledge of the law to the special circumstances of your matter. For this reason we do not offer a ‘free half hour’ service
